SHIPPING

Free Shipping on orders over $100.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, EU, Hong Kong and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order to grant a fast receiving. This means, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic, if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

We ship out orders from multiple international warehouses. Depending on the warehouse, demand and current stock.

It usually takes 7-24 Business Days for your orders to be delivered, It depends on the location and product. Some products may require some handcrafting work in advance, that will delay the shipping by few days.

We apologize for any inconveniences that may occur, as in individual cases, we may run out of stock on products that have high demand.
As the parcel has to travel around the entire globe, delivery can take up to 30-90 Business Days (90 days in the worst case). Contact us at support@lightsuplife.com if you order takes over 90 days.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation Email that contain a tracking number for your order.

If tracking does not work, please try it again later, it may take up to 3 days for your tracking information to be updated by couriers

Note: International delivery to some countries and its couriers do not offer tracking codes, in some exceptional cases.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order as it has already been shipped and you should have received a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you wish, you may return your order for full refund, you can find refund instruction under refund & return policy.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Lights up Life cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
